We utilized Wayne's skills twice. The first was to buy our home. We communicated the approximate size of house or condo and our budget and he let us know when properties became available that we might be interested in. He scheduled opportunities to see homes. We provided feedback on our likes and dislikes during and after the viewing and Wayne made notes and continued looking for other choices. There was no pressure to buy. We could tell that Wayne was interested in finding the right location for our family.

When we were interested in making an offer, we discussed with Wayne the price listed and what a reasonable offer would look like to a seller. In one case there were multiple offers already in, but Wayne encouraged us to go ahead and include ours as well. We were out bid on that home but the final location of our home turned out to be a better fit for us.

The second time we worked with Wayne was on an undeveloped parcel of land. The land purchase took months to complete due to it being part of a trust with multiple family parties working with the sellers agent. Wayne sent papers to sign as they came in and updated us on the status of the purchase after our offer was accepted. We celebrated when everything was complete. He went out of his way to make this super easy for us.

We would definitely recommend Wayne to anyone who is looking to find a home, land or an investment property.
